“One of our biggest challenges is the stripping and waxing of hospital floors. We have VCT throughout. There
never seems to be the "right time," nights or otherwise, but more importantly, there was always a complaint about

that we would have to check nursing staffing to make sure certain personnel were not working when we needed to
strip and wax. Last week, we had an opportunity to do a large section of the Emergency Department. A Unit
Secretary who normally needs to be off or reassigned when we do this remarked to me that for the first time there
was no offending odor or "reaction" to our chemicals, and the products were actually pleasant smelling!!!

surprise of many of our floor techs who have multiple years of experience with floor care.”
