Return Policy
SOURCEWELL SUPPLY RETURN OF MERCHANDISE POLICY
Written approval with RA number must be obtained from the SourceWell Supply Company for all returns.
Terms of Sale:
SourceWell reserves the right to withhold shipments to accounts with balances over 30 days.
SourceWell has no minimum order.
SourceWell reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge or the manufacturer's restocking charge whatever is greater at time of order.
SourceWell reserves the right to change specifications and pricing without notice.
Limited Warranty:
SourceWell Casters offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products we sell. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the entire purchase price subject to product defect or lack thereof.
All returns and refunds must be preceded with a phone call to a salesman at SourceWell Supply
within the warranty period. The warranty period for defective merchandise is 60 days
from the invoice date. The warranty period for non-defective merchandise is 10 days
from the invoice date. SourceWell Casters will pay all freight charges for returning or replacing
defective merchandise. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges
pertaining to the return of non-defective merchandise. This limited warranty does not
apply to damage to our products which occurred as the result of abuse, improper
installation,mishandling, improper maintenance, overloading, or exposure to corrosive
chemicals or conditions. Non-defective merchandise must be returned in the same
conditioned it was shipped; we will not honor the return of such items if they appear to
be used or abused.
